Shawl for my Secret Pal
This shawl I knitted for my Secret Pal. It is not easy to find a project for such a perfect knitter as Susan :-) But I hope I will someday found a picture on her blog where she is wearing my shawl. And of course I will participat in Secret Pal 9.
It is a Lily of the valley pattern and it was my first try lace knitting and at the end I loved it! I used 50 gr. Kauni Lace wool.

My parcel arrived :-)
On Friday I received my last parcel from my secret pal 8. You can read her blog here.
200 gr. cotton wool, 200 gr. "greta" (I thin I will knit a scarf for me), black tea, spice and 4 stitch markers :-))
Dear Secret Pal (I still do not know your name, my Italian is very bad ;-), thank you very much for your parcels. I enjoyed it very much to be YOUR Pal :-)

Knitting, knitting, knitting
It was not easy for me to find a suitable pattern and wool for my Secret Pal, because she is knitting so wonderful things. But I hope that I found something nice for her and that I will be ready in time. Some days it was too hot to knit. She is very nice and I love to read her blog.
My partner in Italy is also very cute. I loved to open her parcels with wonderful wool and other items, only for me :-))

1) What is your favorite season of the year?
My favorite seasons are the summer and the winter - the summer because of the sun and the long days and the winter because of the snow and Christmas :)
2) Where is your favorite vacation spot?
I would like to go to a lonely island
3) If you could visit any place in the world, where would it be?
I would like to go to Australia or New Zeeland
4) If you could pick any job, and be paid well, what would it be?
I like my job very much, but if I can choose I would like to work in a yarn shop with all the beautiful yarn around me every time
5) If you were going on vacation for 1 week, and had to take ONLY one project with you, what would it be?
I would take my gift for my Secret Pal with me
6) If you won a shopping spree to your favorite Yarn shop, what would you get??
Of course I would get sock yarn for the next years and also enough yarn for shalws

My first parcel arrived today
After a long working day I found a parcel from my Secret Pal on my desk. I could not wait to open it.
I found in it:
One skein 200gr pure cotton in lovely colors, 2 skeins sock wool and two bars of chocolate. The chocolate is really yummy, so that I could only take one at the picture ;-)
This are four postcards with paintings from Leonardo da Vinci. I think I will use them as bookmarks.
